44 Ghana Cybersecurity & Digital Trust Institution of the Year
+
Honors an institution that has made an outstanding contribution to cybersecurity, digital trust, cyber resilience, identity protection, data protection, secure digital transactions or the protection of critical digital infrastructure.
45 Ghana Digital Financial Inclusion Institution of the Year
+
Recognizes an institution that has used digital technology, fintech, payment systems or innovative financial services to expand affordable and accessible financial services to underserved and excluded individuals, communities, businesses across the regions.

Categories 39–45 broaden the awards beyond commercial fintech to recognise public digital infrastructure, digital identity, digital health, digital tax administration, digital public services, interoperable payment infrastructure and cybersecurity/digital trust.

Independent Review & Vetting

The Africa Fintech Academy Board is composed of experts and technocrats who will vet entries for final nominations. Drawn from various African countries, the board will meet twice monthly to review eligible nominees and entries.
